Maisonettes or Townhouses as they are sometimes referred to are set out in the "terraced" style of England, yet have ample space indoor and out.  Many are two bedrooms, but have additional lounge sleeping in the form of a sofa bed.  They are also set out in well maintained grounds with communal pools.

This makes renting a maisonette ideal for young families and couples who want space to move about.
